This is the very first issue of Templars Tribune. A regular update on what’s been happening to the guild Templars.

Guild reorganization

We have finished in reorganizing the guild, and so far, I am really pleased with what we have now. Kudos to all the council and the members who are patient enough to understand what I wanted to happen. They might not say it, but I know our opponents are starting to feel it =)

Recruitment

Recruitment is now open again, BUT, we will be more strict with new recruits. I am now giving new recruits 7 days to prove their worth in the guild, and if the council members decide that it is not much, we will be letting them go.

Guild relations

New guilds added to our enemies list, you can check our guild notice for the complete list. One guild KOS requested for peace, and we are giving them a temporary reprieve and observer if they will honor our terms. Unfortunately, Valhalla has been added to our KOS list, and I am ordering the immediate escalation of hostilities against them.

All in all, I am very pleased with what has been happening in the guild, keep it up guys

Oh, and mangbert is back… I hope you have learned your lesson berting.

Sept. 3, 2009 marks the first year of Dekaron SEA. Congratulations Dekarians! I hope the patches arrive ^_^

I met with the council last night and had a long meeting about the current state of the guild and some plans for the future. We’ve decided that in order for us to provide a better gaming experience for our members, we will change our level requirements for the alliance. The head guild Templars will remain in 130 and above. DarkTemplars will be set to 120+, ShadowTemplars will be 111+. All members of the head guild are above 130 so I guess no problem with that. Members of DarkTemplars and ShadowTemplars who are below their respective level requirements have until October 1, 2009 to meet the requirements. Failure to do so will mean expulsion.

The council is also divided between the guilds to help in their management. Yseult, Alyss and Heracles will be managing DartTemplars. Zildjian, Ecstasy, xKuloGx, Natsuyaki will be in ShadowTemplars. I will be left in the head guild with Minami.

The private forums of the guild is also now up, templars.bubwet.com. We will be requiring all members to register in the private forums, important informations and announcements will be regularly posted there.
